In the Warrior forum someone asked for the best resources where you don't have to buy packages and pick from them, but only pay for the topic you want, and that isn't just rehashed stuff.

The good news is - there are some quality sites that offer PLR in specific niches - so you always know what topic you're getting and only paying for that.

Here's my answer on the warrior forum.
I've been PLR addict for years - and I've come to know many of the sites. I could probably tell you the original sites that the repeats got theirs from. I'm making a huge site that will cover every kind of PLR.  It's gradually being updated because I review and write myself.

Here's a good source for product reviews with private label rights?  These are good for non-Clickbank products - like Amazon, CJ, etc.  Here are complete PLR niche review blogs for CB products.

Julie has some other great-value monthly memberships - but of various themes.
PrivateLabelContent's core membership has unique PLR and limited to members (the extra's are from elsewhere).
NicheMembershipPro has a few unique PLR each month that are core, but the "extras" are also from elsewhere.
